Uniting Chicagoland Through Tabletop Gaming

The Chicago Tabletop Gaming Association builds community, supports learning and table improvement, and drives economic development for tabletop gaming.

Our Mission & Vision

The Chicago Tabletop Gaming Association exists to unite Chicagoland through exceptional and inclusive tabletop gaming. We're building a community where every player, creator, and business can thrive and working toward our vision of establishing Chicago as the TTRPG capital of the multiverse. As a new organization founded in October of 2024, we're laying the foundation for a gaming ecosystem that serves everyone at the table and beyond.

Community Building

We create spaces where gamers connect beyond the table. Through in-person social events and our community Discord server, we're building a network where everyone belongs. Whether you're looking for your next gaming group, want to meet fellow GMs, or simply want to be part of Chicago's vibrant TTRPG scene, we ensure Chicagoland gamers stay connected to opportunities and each other.

Learning and Table Improvement

Great games start with great skills. We're developing programs to elevate gameplay through workshops, resources, and mentorship opportunities that help GMs refine their craft and players enhance their experience. Our goal is to support continuous growth at every level, fostering a culture where learning and improvement are celebrated and every table offers exceptional gaming moments.

Economic Development and Prosperity

We're committed to strengthening Chicago's gaming ecosystem by supporting local game stores, independent creators, and gaming venues. Our vision is to channel resources into our community, creating opportunities for gamers to turn passion into prosperity while building a sustainable local gaming economy. As we grow, we'll develop strategic partnerships that connect businesses with customers, creators with audiences, and talent with opportunities.
